We hope you love your items but understand that sometimes things don't work out.
Refunds can be issued within 10 days of purchase on casual clothing, giftware and shoes.
Exchange/Store credit can be will be issued within 11-30 days of purchase.
To make an exchange during the lockdown period please email info(@)lacremestjacobs.com. We will reply to work out a curb side exchange.
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt, with tags attached and in original condition.
Online orders can be returned for refund (with the exception of Final Sale items) within 10 days of receipt/pick up of the order. After 10 days a store credit will be issued up to 30 days. We are unable to return online items after 30 days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and shipping costs to return your item(s) are at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued once the items arrive and are processed at the store.
If items returned reduce the order to below the $150 Free Shipping amount, all shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Formal dresses, evening gowns, undergarments, pierced earrings, Special Orders & Layaways and sale merchandise are considered FINAL SALE. No returns will be accepted for these items.
La Creme is unable to warranty any garment once it has left our store. This includes any beading or stone detailing, zippers or buttons and seams on any garment. Beads and stones will fall off of all garments at some time due to wear.
