Refund policy
Refunds can be issued within 10 days of purchase on casual clothing, giftware and shoes.
Exchange/Store credit can be will be issued within 11-30 days of purchase.
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt, with tags attached and in original condition.
Online Returns
Online orders can be returned for refund (with the exception of Final Sale items) within 10 days of receipt/pick up of the order. After 10 days a store credit will be issued up to 30 days. We are unable to return online items after 30 days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and shipping costs to return your item(s) are at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued once the items arrive and are processed at the store.
***Please note - Refunds processed for online orders may take up to 10 days to be refunded back to your method of payment. We have no control over this, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.***
To start a return, you can contact us at shipping@lacremestjacobs.com. If your return is accepted, you may then return your item by mail or during our store hours. Shipping fees are non-refundable and shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as undergarments, pierced earrings, special orders, and sale items.

La Creme is unable to warranty any garment once it has left our store. This includes any beading or stone detailing, zippers or buttons and seams on any garment. Beads and stones will fall off of all garments at some time due to wear.
