Work in collaboration with Store Manager & Owners on trend forecasting, buying, special event planning, Social Media strategy, implementation and execution of current and new ideas.

This opportunity includes working with thousands of women from all walks of life throughout the year assisting with everything from gift buying to dress shopping for formal events and milestones.

Responsibilities:

  • ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business which include, weekends, evenings and holidays.
  • daily operations which include open & closing procedures
  • utilizes social platforms and technology to inform clients of events and new product.
  • Styling and putting outfits together. Formal dress measuring and ordering
  • building lasting relationships through personalized service, and product recommendations to build a clientele.
  • maintain the visual standards of the store. ( ie cleaning, sanitizing, & organizing)
  • uphold to company policies & procedures and inventory accuracy.
  • open to participating in social media marketing, ie ( photo taking, live videos etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, preferably clothing retail industry
  • Trustworthy team player who is organized and excited to work
  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to build rapport with clients

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour + BONUS & WELLNESS PACKAGE
