ROOTHAM CHUTNEY

CARAMELIZED ONION - If you’ve never tried caramelized onions, you’re in for a surprise! All that onion heat has cooked down to sweet – only a tang remains. Try it with scrambled eggs or mild cheese.

Ingredients: Onions, apples, sugar, balsamic vinegar (may contain sulphites), peaches, currants, spices, citric acid, salt.

PEACH MANGO - A peach mango chutney with onions, raisins, ginger, mustard seeds and warm spices. Enhances chicken, cheese, sausage and curries.

Ingredients: Sugar, Onions, Mango puree, Peaches, White vinegar, Raisins, Ginger, Sea salt, Cardamom, Mustard seeds, Cinnamon, Chili peppers, Allspice.

CRANBERRY APPLE CHARDONNAY - Cranberry and apples  - with just a splash of Chardonnay – add up to a tart and sweet treat! Use this chunky chutney to add excitement to baked potatoes or roasted meats.

Ingredients: Cranberries, sugar, onions, apples, vinegar, Chardonnay wine (may contain sulphites), cinnamon.
